Rental Tax Returns as of July 1, 2012

Effective July 1, 2012, the Rental Tax program transferred from DMV to the Department of Taxation.

Contact the Department of Taxation for information on obtaining a Motor Vehicle Rental Certificate of Registration (rental license) or concerning rental tax returns.
