Car & Truck Dealer Registration Code

Va. Code §§ 46.2-1508, 46.2-1908 and 46.2-1919

Please note that it is unlawful for any person licensed in another state as a car or truck dealer to sell cars and trucks at wholesale auctions in the Commonwealth of Virginia without first obtaining a certificate of dealer registration as provided for by the Virginia Code sections referenced above.
