Trailer Dealer Registration Code

Va. Code §§ 46.2-1992.6 and 46.2.1992.17

Please note that it is unlawful for any person licensed in another state as a trailer dealer to sell trailers at wholesale auctions in the Commonwealth of Virginia without first obtaining a certificate of dealer registration as provided for by the Virginia Code sections referenced above.
