Motorcycle Dealer Registration Code

Va. Code §§ 46.2-1993.6 and 46.2.1993.17

Please note that it is unlawful for any person licensed in another state as a motorcycle dealer to sell motorcycles at wholesale auctions in the Commonwealth of Virginia without first obtaining a certificate of dealer registration as provided for by the Virginia Code Sections referenced above.
