Virginia Beach / Buckner Customer Service Center

•  Customers may purchase hunting and fishing licenses, obtain temporary boat registrations, and submit applications for permanent boat titles and registrations at all DMV offices.

Directions:

Take I-64 East to Virginia Beach. Take I-264 East to Virginia Beach. Take exit 17A to S. Independence Blvd./Princess Anne. Stay in either of 2 right hand lanes as road forks about ½ mile ahead. Follow S. Independence Boulevard about 3 miles to Buckner Boulevard. Turn left at gas station at Buckner Boulevard. DMV is on the right directly behind the gas station.

 Applying to register to vote or change your voter registration address just got easier! A Virgina Beach Assistant Registrar is now located at the Virginia Beach/Buckner Customer Service Center to help you apply to register to vote or change your voter registration address.
