- HAZMAT background check applications and fingerprinting are at this location.
- Customers may purchase hunting and fishing licenses, obtain temporary boat registrations, and submit applications for permanent boat titles and registrations at all DMV offices.

Directions:
From South: Follow I-81 North to exit 310 (Kernstown). Turn left onto Route 37 North at end of ramp.
From North: Follow I-81 South to exit 310 (Kernstown). At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 37 North.
Continue on Route 37 to the second exit (Stephens City exit). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 11 South (Valley Pike). Continue on Route 11 approximately .6 miles. DMV is located on the right side of the road.
