Important Office Notices :- Customers may purchase hunting and fishing licenses, obtain temporary boat registrations, and submit applications for permanent boat titles and registrations at all DMV offices.

Travel on I-64 West to I-81 South. Take exit 188 and travel approximately 3 miles on Route 60 West to Walker Street. Turn left on Walker Street. Travel one block to The Summit Square Business Center.
