Directions:
Take I-64 West to I-81 South to I-581 South to Route 220. Continue to Collinsville exit, Route 220 Business. Go through Collinsville to the Starling Avenue exit and turn left. The DMV office is on the left.
Or take Route 360 South to South Boston then go west on Route 58 to Martinsville. At the city limits sign, follow the blue DMV sign and go approximately three miles to Starling Avenue. Turn left. DMV is about 3/4 mile on the right.
