Note: No tickets for testing will be issued 30 minutes before closing.

From U.S. Route 58: Take U.S. Route 23 North. Turn right onto Business Primary State Route 23. Turn right onto Primary State Route 83. DMV is located on the left.

From U.S. Route 460: Take Primary State Route 83 South. DMV is located on the right.

Registrar on location Applying to register to vote or change your voter registration address just got easier! The Dickenson County General Registrar's Office is now located in the Clintwood Customer Service Center. Dickenson County Assistant Registrars are located in the Customer Service Center to help you apply to register to vote or change your voter registration address.
