DMV 2 Go Roanoke, nicknamed 'Mozelle' (keeping with the 'Mo' for mobile office naming convention), made its Virginia debut in August 2011. Mozelle was a mobile classroom that was renovated into a full-service DMV office.
The largest of the DMV 2 Go fleet, Mozelle is 42-feet long and 10-feet wide and has a wheelchair lift. Mozelle has three customer service work stations, two testing stations and a public kiosk to access other state services through a Virginia Internet portal.

Mozelle on the Go
Some highlights of Mozelle's travels in the western part of the Commonwealth include stops to serve citizens in Bluefield, Blacksburg, and Floyd. Other stops include the Bedford County Welcome Center, Salem VA Medical Center, and Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center.
Mozelle also supplements services at DMV Selects in Appomattox, Chatham, Independence, and Stuart. Mozelle serves college students at Ferrum, Radford, Virginia Tech, and Virginia Western Community College. Mozelle also provides services at events such as the Lee County Tobacco Festival and Douthat State Park for the opening weekend of trout season.
