Sample Images of New Secure Driver's Licenses and ID Cards

Between March and July 2009, Virginia will phase in the issuance of newly designed driver's licenses and ID cards. All licenses issued after July 2009 will be in the new format. Driver's licenses and ID cards issued prior to implementation of the new design remain valid until expiration.
