How to Apply for IFTA

1. Complete the IFTA Licensing Application (Form RDT-120).
2. Include $10 for each set of IFTA decals requested.

NOTE: When you apply for IFTA credentials, you will receive:

• An IFTA license which should be photocopied and carried in each of your qualified vehicles; and
• A set of two identical decals for each of your qualified vehicles, which must be displayed on the vehicle according to the instructions on the back of the decal.
